Responsibilities for Home Care Consultant- Sales

• Daily face-to-face marketing to Hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities, Independent Living Facilities, Senior Centers, Hospice, etc
• Manage designated region, managing the overall region sales pipeline
• Daily input and utilization of Salesforce CRM
• Development and execution of strategic sales plans as they relate to specific opportunities within assigned territory
• Maintain and update sales plans, account and opportunity data within company systems as directed
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry, the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested
• Convert RPN referrals to commitments for Consultations, evaluations, proposals or sales
• Generate quotes, proposals, sales reports, pipeline reports and sales analysis of moderate complexity as necessary
• Meet and exceed sales plan as the primary interface between customers and internal operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Sales experience to 3-5 years proven track record in outside sales, healthcare preferred.

 

Education:

 

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

 

License/Certification:

 

• Driver's License & Auto Insurance (Required)

 

Ability to Relocate:

 

• Nashville, TN: Relocate before starting work (Required)
